2. Service Description JulSwap X provides a user interface ("UI") that connects to third-party smart contracts. Our platform charges a 0.1% fee on transactions conducted through our UI. This fee is collected by JulSwap X. All other activities, including the execution of trades, are managed by third-party smart contracts, over which we have no control.

3. Reward Points Users who trade through the JulSwap X UI will receive reward points. Additionally, users have the option to invite friends to trade on JulSwap X via a referral link. Our referral system works three levels deep, allowing users to earn points based on the activity of their referrals.

4. Limited Liability JulSwap X solely provides the UI for trading activities and does not control or manage the third-party smart contracts. We are not responsible for any trading activities, outcomes, or the security of transactions conducted through these contracts. Users acknowledge and agree that JulSwap X shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from their use of our UI or the underlying third-party smart contracts.

5. No Financial Advice JulSwap X does not provide investment or financial advice. All information provided on our platform is for informational purposes only. Users should conduct their own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

6. User Responsibilities Users are responsible for their own trading activities and ensuring that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users must use the JulSwap X UI in a lawful manner and must not engage in any activity that could harm our platform or other users.

7. Changes to Terms JulSwap X reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
